Who We Are

The corporate world is an ever-shifting one with numerous challenges. In order to overcome them, the theoretical knowledge that the students possess is just not enough. In fact, an aspiring businessperson’s understanding must go well beyond their formal education and therefore is fundamental for success in the corporate world. Management and marketing skills are indispensable. It is vital for management and marketing students to acquire the ability to grasp a problem from a wide range of perspectives so they can see things differently and see the big picture.

They must also be imbued with the attitude of curiosity and resourcefulness necessary to adapt to changing situations. Having acquired a good command of the fundamentals, students then have to learn how to apply the discipline to real-world problems.

The Commerce Club aims to do exactly that. By engaging the students in various activities that simulate the business world, they develop the skills required, which will help them in their future pursuits.
